Corrections welcome

Get in touch

The most useful message you can send is a correction: a rate that has moved, a result that looks wrong, or a page that is broken. The second most useful is telling us what you searched for and did not find.

There is no form on this page, no account to create and no ticket number to keep track of. Write to the address below and a person reads it — not a queue.

hello@calculatorplus.site — for a wrong result, a rate that has moved, a broken page, a calculator you think should exist, or anything else.

What makes a correction easy to act on

  1. Name the calculator and the country sectionSeveral tools exist in both the Australian and New Zealand sections with deliberately different rules, so knowing which one you were on saves a round trip.
  2. Give the inputs you usedThe exact figures you typed in. Most reported errors turn out to be a specific edge case rather than the whole calculation.
  3. Say what you expected insteadAnd where that expectation came from — a payslip, an assessment notice, a supplier quote.
  4. Link the authority if you have itA link to the government or standards page that publishes the right figure is the difference between a fix today and a fix next week.

Suggesting a calculator

Tell us what you searched for, which country it is for, and what the ideal answer would show — not just the headline number but what you would want broken out alongside it. That last part is usually what separates a calculator worth building from one that already exists somewhere else.

What happens after you email

A reported number is checked against the authority that publishes it before anything changes — that can take a little longer than a reply, but it is why a correction here is a fix rather than a guess about a guess. A calculator suggestion gets weighed against what can be verified from a real published source without inventing a plausible-looking figure to fill a gap.
